Adopt a Child - Verdict for today for better tomorrow

I suddenly thought of the problems coming our way. Some of them were unemployment, employment with poor wages, poverty, hatred among people (countries), deforestation, extinction of natural flora and fauna, corruption and the biggest of all Global Warming. I always read about new technologies coming up. Most persons in this world are becoming selfish and thinking of their own more than anything else. Well well well!! It's going to land up nowhere than the end of this world. Where it all started ?? Hmmm, I think when we were two the trust was 1/2 but when we became 3 it got divided into 1/3 and so on. The population explosion is going to explode this globe and who would like to see our own die in front of us!!! Well you may be skeptical that what silly statements am I making but believe me it won't be that far when the world will be devastated. However, the motive behind this was to make you all understand that the root cause of such adversities is population explosion. If we are not able to curb it somehow then may God save us!! Most of us wish to have our own child and cuddle them before we die. But are you all aware what will happen to them thereafter?? We'll be leaving them behind in this world which may end soon if we don't act today. Every parent wants to see themselves as grand parent before they die but I ridicule all this. Yes, couple can be parents, yes, parents can be grandparents but what is wrong in adopting a child instead of giving birth to one. It won't just save our world but also bring a smile to one atleast. Well I hope people who read this just not think of it infact make it happen....

SOS!

The globe is heating up, the waterbodies are drying, the Farms are hit by draught. I don't know where are we heading!! Is the want of technologies and pleasures of Life larger than Life itself? May be the world won't realise it now but the time will come if this doesn't stop soon. I don't know what has happened to the younger generation! They are more interested in sex and affairs rather than their own betterment. Why one cannot think beyond religions? The crimes are overflooding the news channels. Where is this going to halt? When is this going to stop? Who'll do it? People talk about global warming but they don't think of the causes. The technology may be advanced to reduce it to some extent but it may not be that advanced to stop it completely. This can be sorted out by taking some important measures. Why don't we adopt an orphan for their betterment and also our own or even have a child at later stage of our life. Don't think of our elders for time being as there won't be anybody left in future. Why everyone's running after expanding their own business at the cost of polluting the environment further. Who's going to think over it? Well I know it's not that easy but it's definitely possible. It'll happen only if one wishes to as ' Everything has a beginning '. It has to start soon or else our generations to come will suffer badly. SOS!

Wonderful Birthday

I am writing this poem because my heart wanted me to do so. This poem is a spontaneous attempt and is for all those who in their life lived or are wanting to live the most wonderful birthday as I did.... God bless all of you with laughters and happiness in your journey of Life.

It was a day full of Surprises
With no clues but lot of disguises.

Friends flooding at my place at sharp midnight
With the best of blessings, gifts and great delight.

I remember them, bringing my favourite cake for me
By contributing every possible penny and every rupee.

Thank you for all the wishes for my birthday
Thank you for all the compliments and blessings which I can never repay

Now that my life is different and its making me sway
I am glad that I lived, lived a day
Celebrating the most wonderful BIRTHDAY.

Count on your deeds, it'll make you live longer "

Life's Journey

Life's journey started with ABC,
Innocent, not knowing what lies ahead
Thinking whether this is how the Life would be!

Getting started to know the Life we entered the era of Friends,
Living in the circle where people understood us
Praying hard to the Almighty and hoping that this era never ends!

Just that Life's a journey and it was another pit-stop,
Moving ahead with pleasant memories
Taking a leap forward with another hop.

Entering a phase, a phase of earning money
Shouldering responsibilities and survive
Some doing it for ownself and most for their family.

Life was getting busier, busier for me
Day-to-day hustling, hustling about the work
It was stress and discomfort for that period's totality.

Once I was done, done with the hardships was tired,
In the beilief that my destiny's nearing
Remembering the age old memories which lured.

The day came with mourn and tears in the eyes of many
I was lying on the death bed
Reaching the destiny of Life's strolling Journey.

" No matter how long you Live, make every moment long-lived "

Dua [Prayer]

I was sitting idle and thought of turning on the TV. There I saw the usual news of growth of Terrorism. I literally from the bottom of my heart was praying when this hatred will end.... This shayari is dedicated to all the innocents who were the victims of inhuman terrorism.

Khuda se dua hai ki
Duniya mein nafrat nahi , pyaar chahiye[2]
Is nafrat bhari Duniya mein
Marta toh main aajtak hoon [2]
Par ab mujhe jeene ki chaah chahiye.

Role Model

"Inspiration" the word which means so much to all of us and leads us to endeavour towards the path which we want to follow and achieve the stand we desire. Many of us would have Role Models who have inspired us to move on in life and achieve a certain goal or should I say a dream to pursue! We all are in the learning process. Most of us learn from the surroundings, daily happenings and even from the company we keep. Its just that life appreciates with the time you pass and also the knowledge you get. That may affect you either positively or negatively. For instance, you may get into bad company of friends but you may never acknowledge. When we look at others, we come to know that we all learn from each other. Though one achieves great heights one should always remember to "keep their feet on ground". The pride and fame achieved shouldn't grip your mind. Respect for others and principles mean alot than our own ego. Set positivity around you and among the people you meet in day-to-day life as you never know who their Role Model is?

Mother

This poem is an attempt for all those who miss or really care for their mother. God is great and so is MOTHER.

Born with palm closed,
Nothing in your hand.
Unknown to the plan
Which the Almighty had planned.

Getting the first glimpse,
Glimpse of your mother,
Till the time you could understand and speak
You knew no other.

She taught you to respect,
She taught you prayers,
For every little thing you cried for
She was the one who wiped your tears.

Now, you are a grown up
With morals and principles which she had taught.
And your mother is old and tired.
But to help her, do you need a second thought!

All the riches you earned
With great efforts and the passing time
Are you forgetting in those glitters
The person who made you sublime!

She was the one who strove for you
Who made you believe in Destiny than Fate
Try your best to keep her happy
Before she diminishes in memories and before its too late.

The Photographer

Have you ever tried capturing a moment of joy with anybody? I am sure most of you did! I am grateful to Iraqi Arab scientist Ibn al-Haytham who gave a vision to invent cameras. Just imagine being alone away from your place and trying to recollect the good old memories you cherished. Somewhere in your closet getting your hands on a dusty old album and reliving the moments but in memories. It surely is a great feeling. I remember some of my friends yelling at me "Crazy , Freak" just for the reason that I use to sneak in with a click of my mobile phone camera as and when I got an opportunity. Now, looking at those moments I really feel glad I did that. Try doing it yourself and you'll be glad too I gurantee!

Gum(Sorrow)

This is an attempt for my first shayari, I hope you like it.

Zindagi mein rahon ka nahi
Palon ka kaafila hota hai
Gumon ko baat le aye dost
kyunki yeh ek pal tera
Toh kisi pal mera hota hai.

Day when a Good Man died

It was 13th of June, month before my birthday. I felt a pricking pain in my heart. I was fast asleep then. I woke up and felt a bit lighter. Was able to feel the breeze around but not the touch. A bright spotlight shun on me and I saw steps reaching some point high above the sky. I took the steps and reached a place where I saw beautiful lawn and was able to smell the aroma of Divinity. I opened the doors of some kind of a huge Mansion. There was a doorkeeper. I asked him, " Which is this place?". he answered, "Heaven". I was surprised to know that I was dead! But the life after death somehow felt pleasant. It was lonelier but still so serene! I saw a throne which was occupied by someone. I questioned, "Who is it?". I was elated to know that it was GOD indeed! Out of my anxiety I touched God's feet and felt a moment of a lifetime....ooops sorry deathtime!!... :D.... Well still I had a question in mind and with no hesitance I asked, " God, why Heaven is so lonelier?". God answered, " I gave each human being a life to cherish and my teachings to make it beautiful but now people are more concerned about their own belongings and riches! They seem to like more hatred than love. Hence, the balance has more tilt towards sins than goodwill. This has made more beings to go to Hell than Heaven ". Though being in Heaven I was feeling the pain for my loved ones who were down there mourning for me.....

" The worth of good is known when we lose it "

Benevolence v/s malevolence

God's taught us a path of benevolence and taught us to be one
May it be Jesus, Allah, Ram or Rahim
Why separate their thoughts
By singing their respective hymn!

No religion says its Superior
Or conquer World by creating Fear!

Why there's more massacre than peace?
Why today hatred weighs more than Love?
What happened to the goodwill and Serenity?
Remember that Almighty is keeping a watch from Up Above!

No religion preaches brutality
All religions are one on grounds of Humanity

Why people raise more questions than Answers
Preachings are not any different for Bible, Geeta or Quraan!
No doubt Heaven is becoming lonelier
And Hell is full of congestion, Darn!!

Is this what you call Loneliness ?

I remember the mistakes I made
Confessed those with my friends and family
Now there's nobody near, to whom I can confess
Is this what you call loneliness ?

There were colours of joys and sorrows in my Life
Shared them with my loved ones
Now there's nobody near, to whom I can express
Is this what you call loneliness ?

Tears fall from my eyes
While looking back at those happy days
Now eager to have a beloving caress
Is this what you call loneliness ?

Living in a day with no Sunshine
Like a desert with no oasis
Dark thoughts which my mind tends to obsess
Is this what you call loneliness ?

FEAR

I fear of getting out
Just because whether I'll live I doubt!

I fear of talking to anyone
Because I feel what they'll say in return!

Sometimes I fear of telling Truth
Because it may harm my loved ones and my ruth.

I fear of losing trust
Because I feel faith is diminishing and relations will get the colour rust!

I fear of thinking how long the TERROR will persist!
If it does then shall there any HUMAN exist!

I fear when I'll let go all my FEARS
So that pursuing HAPPINESS eases and RELATIONSHIP NEARS!

Life

Life is a Traitor, it'll betray you one day
Live every moment to live everyday.

Life is costlier if you want to live lavish
But it's richer if you live for others
And fulfill someone else's wish.

Life's good, Life's bad
It'll never make you happy always
It'll make you sometimes taste sad.

Life derails you to put you on a right track
Don't you worry if in it's journey
You get a dark hour or a Whack!

So before it betrays you
Try to shift Life's balance to more good than bad
So you live the moments more happier than sad

Let's face the ultimatum of Life - Death
But With no regrets and remorse
By living Life more beautiful than you hath

Life's uncertain but Death isn't
It'll come anytime your way
If not today then someday.

Before you depart remember one thing
Don't hesitate to stand upto others needs
As you'll be remembered more by your footsteps and your deeds.

IPL Abroad???

Lalit Modi did a great job to introduce to the world the innovative concept of the clash
of Titans in the world of Cricket. But the boost to this concept would not have been possible
but for the Indian crowd. It was the craze among the Indian people which made IPL 'The Grand Success'.
I can never believe that the same support will be there for IPL abroad!! I think this will be more loss than gain
for Modi and the other associates of IPL. The enthu in Indian crowd cannot be compared to anywhere else
in the world. If it happens in England then it'll be mere gentleman's game rather than an enthusiastic one!! And
if it happens in S.Africa there won't be much Indians there!! Anyways , the spice to the IPL taste will be missing
Big Time. But only positive I can see in this IPL is it'll be still available on screens!! Something better than Nothing!

Experience is The Best Teacher

I always believed God had something good for me in life. Joys and lack of joys termed sorrows are parts of everyone's life. So, even if one feels forlorn or sad or morally down due to some reasons just think that it's a test of endurance for you. If you pass this test you're going to wake up in a new dawn of life. Patience is "Key to Success". So, endurance will be a test for your patience. It's really difficult to come out of certain situations but I am sure if it happened with you there is surely a way out. You've to think and think patiently. You may come across if not several atleast one solution. Life's a chance so try using every ability of yours to face the very situation. Once you do that you are sure to make a way out of such situations henceforth. These experiences help you tackle difficult situations and hence, your previous weaknesses become your strengths. At last you'll agree that “Experience is not always the kindest of teachers, but it is surely the best"

Better Late Than Never

"Opportunities come by"..... Well how many of you've got an opportunity? I know many of you might be thinking what a vague question?
But my thoughts will be much clear if I say what were the reasons due to which you weren't able to grab the opportunity which indeed
came by your side? Sometimes it's just not the laziness or procrastination which hinders you from these opportunities.
Infact most people who have brains and are smart but still lack sense of achievement will find that the reasons behind
such a feeling is something different.

Some people may procrastinate but they get many chances to fulfill the opportunity and they feel "Better late than never"
While some might not get any chance except for one which came later in their life. They too feel "Better late than never"
I know I made you scratch your brain a bit... :D.... It's easier to say " Opportunities come by" but some situations make it
difficult to achieve them.

I faced one of such situations so thought to bring this P.O.V. for all of you. I wanted to post this much earlier but to be frank I was
unorganized but as one said "Better late than never"... And yea did u face any of those situations?? .. :-)

LOVE

This is an attmept to putforth my thoughts and no matter how immature it may seem I hope it conveys my message to you....

Love is a fragrance
Which Orphan needs the most

Love is an essence
Which you can share without any cost.

One needs riches,
One has ambitions,
With no apologies and regrets
Love will help you out to pursue those comfort cushions.

Don't restrict this essence
To only those who are near and dear
Try sharing it with one
Who is forbidden from love and forlorn from care.

God has given this precious still priceless gift to everyone of you
Try sharing it out
So that you can pursue full measure of happiness in Life
And bring glitter in the face of few.
